The purposes of this survey are: (1) to collect information about community attitudes toward underage drinking; and (2) to obtain feedback about the recent advertising campaign in our community entitled Rethink the Drinks. Through a series of ads in the media and public places, the campaign was intended to alert and educate the community regarding the dangers of underage alcohol use by teens.
This survey is voluntary, and all of the answers are confidential and anonymous. Your answers cannot be linked to you in any way, so we encourage you to be as honest as possible when answering.
