Come hear Tara McCarthy (MPS parent) provide tried and true strategies to feed your family. Whether your child is a toddler, or in high school and all the grades in between, Tara’s tips will take the stress out of meal times! She’ll also discuss the division of responsibility between the child and the parent when it comes to eating and making healthy choices. There will be food tasting in the lobby after the event.
